Payment Policy
At Roscoe Village Animal Hospital, we understand that caring for your pet’s health is both an emotional and financial commitment. Exam and service costs vary depending on the type of visit and your pet’s individual needs.
We’re happy to provide a treatment plan at any time. This plan outlines the estimated range of charges for recommended care so you can feel confident in your decisions.
Payment in full is due at the time of service.
- For surgeries or hospitalizations, a 50% deposit is required at the time of drop-off/check-in. The remaining balance is due at the time of pick-up/check-out.
- You will receive a detailed estimate of the expected costs for all surgical, dental, or other scheduled procedures, giving you the opportunity to review and ask questions before your pet’s appointment.

Pet Health Insurance –
- Payment is made in full at the time of service, and you can then submit your claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We’re happy to provide the necessary paperwork to assist with your claim.
