After Hours / Emergency

Appointments are never required for emergency visits. If the patient must be seen immediately without an appointment, an emergency exam fee will be charged. At the time of such visits, a member of our staff reviews all necessary services, options, and costs with you. If your pet is sick or injured we will always find a way to see them.  We always prioritize emergency patients!

During Business Hours:

If you feel your pet has a medical emergency, during our regular business hours, please call us at 773.549.3131 so we can assess the situation and prepare for your arrival.

After-Hours Emergencies:

If you feel your pet has a medical emergency outside our regular business hours, please contact the nearest 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital.

Cost Estimate & Treatment Plan:

Upon arrival, our team will assess your pet and provide a treatment plan with an estimated cost. Our priority is your pet’s health, and we will work with you to determine the best course of action.
